Step Two: Please select Club Affiliation to be Club # USATF(30-10150) Top Self Training.  New registrants will be asked to submit a copy of their Birth Certificate to the USATF MN office. Register for a youth individual membership.

Step Three: Please register for the AAU individual membership CODE TBD!! - ONLY REGISTER IF YOU PLAN ON RUNNING IN AAU MEETS - CONTACT Coach Roy WITH QUESTIONS

Step Four: Complete all the required information by clicking the “Waiver” link.

Step Five: Select your desired package for the athlete - Click the “Become YOUR Top Self” link below. Fill out all the information.

Step Six: Click the “Payment” tab below and submit payment (Checks and Cash accepted, Contact Coach Roy directly for this form of payment)
